Veg in Sweet Garlic Sauce

An absolute favorite for parties!!

INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage, cut in big chunks- 4pc
Whole red chilli- 2 no
Capsicum; red, yellow, green,- 1 each, cut in big chunks
French beans, mushroom, chopped- 6no each
Garlic, finely chopped- 12 flakes
Cornstarch- 2 ½ tbsp
Red chilli paste- 1tsp
Tomato sauce- 2tbsp
Ajinomoto- ¼ tsp
Sugar- 3 tbsp
Vinegar- tbsp
Oil- 4 tbsp; sesame oil- 1 tbsp
Salt, as required

METHOD:
Mix cornstarch in a cup of water. Keep aside.
In a cup of water, add red chilli paste, tomato sauce, ajinomoto, sugar & salt.
Hit oil in a pan. Sauté whole red chilli & garlic.
Add mushroom & beans. Sauté for a minute.
Add cabbage, the sauce mixture & 1 cup of water.
Sauté for 5 min. Mix in dissolved cornstarch & capsicum. Sauté for 2 minutes, or till the sauce turns thick.
Add vinegar & sesame oil. Serve hot!!!
