Veg in Chili Sauce

A favorite of my family!!

INGREDIENTS:
For batter
Maida- 1tsp
Cornflour- 1tsp
Chili sauce- 1 tsp
Soya sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato sauce- 1tsp
Ajinomoto, a pinch
Black pepper, a pinch
Salt, as required
Vegetables
Potatoes, boiled, cut in fours- 2no
Onion, tomato, capsicum, cut in big square- 2 no each

METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients of the batter together. Dip potatoes in this batter & fry.
Fry onion, tomato & capsicum together (no need to dip in batter)
Mix in potatoes & the leftover batter. Cook on a high flame for a minute.
its ready.

Garnish with spring onion!!
