Stir Fried Veggies

The snack is colorful and also a good starter!!

Ingredients:
Baby corn- 60 gm
Broccoli-120 gm
Asparagus, cut in 3 inches- 60 gm
Mushroom, chopped- 60 gm
Onion, chopped-60 gm
Garlic, finely chopped- 30 gm
Soya sauce- 2 tbsp
Sesame oil/vegetable oil- 1 tbsp
Salt & white pepper, as required

Method:
In a pan, warm water. Add vegetables & blanch for a minute. Wash in cold water & keep aside.
In another pan, heat oil & add onion, garlic. Add all the blanched vegetables. Toss.
Add soya sauce, salt & white pepper. Toss well.
