Ingredients:
Cottage cheese (Paneer)- 200gm
Coconut milk- ½ cup
Sugar- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Salt, as required
For batter
Roasted peanut- 1 tbsp
Onion, finely chopped- 2 pc
Garlic, chopped- ½ tsp
Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp
Black pepper- ¼ tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
For sauce:
Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
Sugar- 1 tsp
Bhuna jeera (grounded cumin seeds)- 1 tsp
Salt, as required
Method:
Slice down paneer pieces, horizontally.
Mix all the ingredients of batter & blend it. Coat both sides of paneer slices with the batter.
In a pan, heat little oil. Place paneer slices in the pan & cook from both sides. Keep it aside.
Make a sauce by mixing all its ingredients.
Heat a pan. Put the sauce & add coconut milk. Let it boil. Add sugar, lime juice & salt.
For plating, place paneer slices in a plate & spread this sauce from top.
