Paneer & Baby Corn in Honey Sauce

A drizzle of honey here does the trick!!

Ingredients:
Cottage cheese (paneer)- 8-10 pcs
Baby corn, parboiled- 6-7 pcs
Ginger, julienned- 15 gm
Chilli powder- 40 gm
Honey- 120 ml
Salt, as required

Method:
Heat oil. Add ginger & fry for 3 minutes.
Add chili powder, honey, paneer, baby corn & salt. Keep stirring over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with spring onion on top.

It’s a light snack & could be served any time of day!!
