Khandwi

This is the recipe you always wanted, but never had!!

Ingredients:
Gram flour (Besan)- 1cup
Curd- 2tbsp
Water- 2cup
Hing, a pinch
Haldi, a pinch
Salt, as required
Grated coconut- 2 tsp

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients in a pan. Place it on a fire.
Keep stirring continuously till the mixture turns thick.
Before doing this, spread some oil on your kitchen slab.
As the mixture turns thick, spread it on the slab with the help of flat spoon.
Spread grated coconut & cut the spread in length wise.
Roll each of them & cut into bite size snack.

Decorate with coriander leaves.
