Suji ke Vade

A quick & fuss free way to make vadas!!

Ingredients:
Semolina (Suji)- 2 ½ cup
Green chilies, finely chopped- 4 pc.
Onion, finely chopped- 1 big
Coconut, grated- 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves, finely chopped- 4 tsp
Ginger, finely chopped- 1 tsp
Hing, a pinch
Salt & black pepper, as required

Method:
Heat some water in a pan. Add salt.
Add suji & make a thick paste, while stirring continuously.
Turn off the gas & add rest of the ingredients.
Take a little mixture in the hand & shape it in a circle. Shape others in the same way.
Deep fry the vadas from both sides, until golden brown.

Serve it hot with sambhar, coconut chutney.
