Serve it in lunch or dinner. Tastes fantastic!!
INGREDIENTS:
Rice, steamed- 1 cup
Spring onion, chopped- 2 no
Ginger, finely chopped- 1 inch
Garlic, finely chopped- 5 flakes
Carrots, finely chopped- 1 no
French beans, finely chopped- 5no
Red chili paste- 1 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Salt & white paper, as required
Oil
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté whole red chili, garlic, ginger & spring onion.
Add carrot & beans. Mix in red chili paste, white paper & salt.
Add rice & sauté for a minute on a high flame. Garnish with spring onion.
Fantastic!! Its spicy but mild in taste!!
