Mushroom with Peas

In a mood to eat something different? Try this!!

INGREDIENTS:
Peas- 1 ½ cup
Mushroom, chopped- 200 gm
Onion, chopped- 2 no
Tomato puree- 1/3 cup
Green cardamom (elaichi), crushed- 4 no
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Ginger & garlic paste- 1 tbsp each
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder (haldi)- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Cashewnuts (kaju) paste- ½ cup
Salt, as required
Oil

METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté elaichi, cinnamon, onion. Add ginger, garlic paste & cook.
Mix in tomato puree, and all the spices. Sauté till oil leave the sides.
Add a cup of water to kaju paste & mix. Add a cup of water. Boil. Add peas & mushroom & cook for 10 minutes. Simmer. Cook for 7-8 minutes.

Mushroom with cashew nuts paste tastes wonderful together!!
