Great with rice, roti or have the whole by itself!!
INGREDIENTS:
Moongdal, boiled with salt & haldi - ¾ cup
Spinach (palak), thinly sliced - 1 bunch
Asafetida (hing)- 1 pinch
Cumin (jeera) powder- 1 tsp
Onion, chopped- 2 no
Green chili, chopped- 2 no
Ginger, chopped- 1 tsp
Garlic, chopped- 7 flakes
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan. Saute jeera & hing. Add onion, green chili & cook till onion turns pink in colour.
Add ginger, garlic & boiled dal. Boil. Add palak & lemon juice.
Simmer & cook for 5 min.
Very easy to make!! Personally, this is one of my favorites!!
