Crispy Palak

Those afraid of eating palak, can try this!!

INGREDIENTS:
Spinach (palak), finely sliced- 2 bunches, medium size
Sesame oil/ vegetable oil- 2 tbsp
Whole red chili, sliced- 1 tsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Sesame (til) seeds, roasted- 1 tbsp

METHOD:
Fry palak in a pan, till they are crispy.
Heat sesame oil. Add red chilies & fried palak. Mix in salt, sugar & sesame seeds. Mix well.

This is good for starters too!!
