Ginger loving people. This one’s for you!!
INGREDIENTS:
Rice, boiled- 1 cup
Onion, chopped- 1 no
Ginger, chopped- 1 inch
Coriander leaves- 1 tsp
Oil- 6 tbsp
Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce- 1tsp
Red chili paste- 1tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Azinomoto- ¼ tsp
Salt, as required
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan & sauté ginger, till it turns brown. Keep some aside for garnishing & chop rest.
Similarly sauté onion. Add rice, soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chili paste, salt & ginger.
Stirring continuously, cook sauce for a minute.
Add coriander leaves & vinegar.
Garnish with burnt ginger!!
