Creamy cake!
Ingredients:
White flour- 1 cup
Sugar- ¾ cup
Coco powder- 2 tbsp
Coffee- 1 tsp
Baking soda- ½ tbsp
Raw cream- ¾ cup
For sauce
Boiling water- 2 cups
Sugar- ¾ cup
Coco powder- 1½ tbsp
Coffee- 1 tsp
Cornflour- 4 tsp
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180° C.
For cake- mix all dry Ingredients, including cream. Pour this mixture in a greased baking dish.
For sauce- add sugar to boiling water & mix till dissolved.
Add other Ingredients. Mix it. Pour this over cake mixture.
Bake for ½ hour at 150° C. Allow the cake to cool.
Serve hot with ice-cream, or cold with hot chocolte sauce!
