Ridiculously easy!!
Ingredients:
Glucose biscuits- 4 packets
Butter- 150 gm
Icing sugar- 150 gm
Coco powder- 40 gm
Coffee powder- 4 tsp
Cold water- 1 cup
Almonds/ cashewnuts- 50 gm
Coffee water (1 tsp coffee in hot water)- 1 cup
Vanilla essence- ¼ tsp
Method:
Mix butter, icing sugar, coco powder till creamy.
Add coffee powder, cold water, vanilla essence. Stir well.
Dip biscuits in coffee and arrange in a tray. Apply butter paste on the biscuits & spread it.
Again arrange biscuits on top of the other & spread butter paste. Repeat this for 4 layers.
Garnish with nuts. Cool in fridge till it sets.
