First time with cake? Try it!!
Ingredients:
White flour (maida)- 1½ cup
Coco powder- 3 tbsp
Castor sugar- 1 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Salt- 5 tsp
Vinegar- 1tsp
Vegetable oil- 5 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Method:
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make holes in the mixture.
Add vinegar, vanilla & oil into each hole. Pour water over top & mix well.
Batter will be a little runny. Bake it for 30-40 minutes at 180° C.
Allow the cake to cool or otherwise eat it bubbling hot!!
