An easy cake to impress your guest!!
Ingredients:
Marie biscuit, crumbled- 1 pkt
Peanuts, fried & crushed- 100 gm
Castor sugar- 50 gm
Butter- 50 gm
Milk- 1 cup
Coco powder- 2 tbsp
Chocolate essence- 4 drops
For sauce
Cooking chocolate- 40 gm
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Almonds, chopped- 10
Raisins, few
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of the cake in a bowl. Transfer it in serving dish & refrigerate for 3-4 hrs.
For sauce, heat chocolate with other ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
When cooled, pour over the cake & set in freezer for 2 hours.
Slice it & serve it to guests.
If you can, do sprinkle some grated chocolate over it!!
