Aatta Walnut Cookies

Enjoy the goodness of no flour cookies!!

Ingredients:
Wheat flour (atta)- 1 cup
Castor sugar- ½ cup
Butter- ½ cup
Baking powder- ½ tsp
Coffee powder- ½ tsp

Method:
Beat sugar, butter till light & fluffy.
Sieve atta, baking powder, coffee powder & fold into the sugar butter mixture.
Make soft dough with milk & roll into little balls. Keep them on a greased baking tray.
Flatten the top slightly & place halves of walnuts on top of each. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Allow it to cool & the cookies are ready.

Best for packing into your bag before leaving the house in the morning!
