Enjoy with this snack during festivals!!
Ingredients:
White flour (maida)- 250 gm
Khoya- 250 gm
Suji- 250 gm
Sugar- 300 gm
Grated coconut- 4 tbsp
Small cardamom (crushed)- 8-10nos
Baking powder- ½ tsp
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Method:
Sieve maida & baking powder.
Add ghee & enough water to make a thick dough of maida.
Cover with a kitchen cloth for ½ an hour.
Roast suji & khoya separately.
After it cools, add sugar, coconut & elaichi powder mix. This is the mixture of patties.
Roll out small batches of dough.
Put 1 ½ tbsp of suji mixture in middle & seal the edges. Fry it.
For a fresh taste, try it hot!!
