Baby Corn & Mushroom in Schezwan Paste

Its spicy & ideal for those with fiery taste!!

Ingredients:
Baby corn, parboiled- 3 nos
Mushroom, chopped, sautéed in butter- 4 nos
Garlic, finely chopped- 2 flakes
Onion, finely chopped- 1 nos
Tomato puree- 4 tbsp
Ginger, julienned- ½ tsp
Red chili paste- 2 tbsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Vinegar- 1½ tbsp
Salt & pepper, as required

Method:
Heat oil & sauté garlic & ginger. Add onion. Cook till light brown.
Add tomato puree, red chilli paste. Cook till oil is on sides.
Add baby corn, mushroom, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper. Toss well.

Its colorful & tastes great!
