Aloo Channa Tikki

Baked Tikkis!

Ingredients:
Bread- 2 slices
Mashed potato-1 nos
Channa dal, par boiled- 1 cup
Lime juice- 1 tsp
Green chili- 2 nos
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- ½ tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Salt, as required
Coriander leaves, chopped- a handful

Method:
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
In a bowl, mix all the above mentioned ingredients. Add little oil.
Shape into tikkis. Place on a baking tray & bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. for extra crispness, bake more for 5-10 minutes.
This snack will not let you feel guilty of having tikkis.

Its light, crispy and if done right, delicious!
