For anyone who is hungry & want some quick refilling!
Ingredients:
Cheese, grated- 2 cubes
Green bell peppers, chopped in squares- 1 small
Onion, chopped in squares- 2 small
Carrot, grated- 1 small
Broccoli, cut into small florets- 1 floret
Handful of fresh peas
Salt, as required
Pepper- ¼ tsp
Oregano- ¼ tsp
Lemon juice/vinegar-2 tsp
Butter- 1 tbsp
Method:
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and place it in the oven.
Bake at 180°c for 20 minutes.
Its that easy!!
Serve it hot with toasted garlic bread, plain bread or just have it simply like that for the delicious creamy taste in your mouth. And yes, you don’t have to worry about the calories here.
There’s a lot of veegies in it to accompany your palate!
