Spicy gravy, full of taste!!
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes, boiled & fry- 20 no, small size
Dry kashmiri chili paste- 6 no
Curd- 2 cups
Small cardamom (elaichi) powder- ½ tsp
Dry ginger paste- 1tsp
Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
Asafetida (hing)- 1 pinch
Mustard oil- ¼ cup
Fennel (saunf) powder- 2 tbsp
Cloves (laung) powder- 2 pinch
Cumin (jeera) powder- ½ tsp
Salt, as required
Oil
METHOD:
Mix curd with kashmiri chili paste, elaichi powder, dry ginger powder & saunf powder.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté laung & hing. Add ½ cup water & salt. Boil.
Add curd mix. Boil. Mix in fried potato & cook well.
Serve with garam masala & cumin powder on top.
Cook this for your dinner..its yumm!!
