Add tastes to any salad!!
INGREDIENTS:
Vinegar- 2 tsp
Olive oil/salad oil-2 tbsp
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Garlic, finely chopped- 1 clove
Soya sauce- ½ tsp
Salt & pepper, as required
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients together & pour over the salad at the time of serving. You can prepare this in advance, so there is no last minute tension.
Very easy, very light!!
