This just tastes like a creamy mango ice cream!!
Ingredients:
Mangoes-2 nos, i.e. 4 mango frozen cheeks
Mascarpone cheese- 4 tbsp
Icing sugar- 1 tbsp
Method:
Churn all the Ingredients in a mixer blender. Take out with a scoop.
For plating, put banana leaf in a plate. Slice one frozen mango cheek & give it a shape of your choice.
Scoop mango sorbet in middle of it.
No fuss. Absolutely tasty!!
