Butter scotch sauce & icecream!! Deadly combination
Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream- 1½ litre
Bourbon biscuit- 150 gm
Honey coated chocolate/normal wafer chocolate- 1 bar
Honey doused peanuts/ fried peanuts- 100gm
Choco chips/ grated chocolate- 200gm
For Butter scotch sauce
Butter- 2 tbsp
Sugar-2 tbsp
Brown sugar- 3 tbsp.
Vanilla essence- a quarter cup
Double cream- a quarter cup
Method:
In a zip pouch, crush biscuit & chocolate. Mix in all the Ingredients.
In a cake tin (whosw base comes out separately), spread a plastic cling or foil paper. Put the mixture in the tin. Cover it with plastic.
Keep in the freezer for an hour.
For the sauce, mix all the Ingredients in a pan & boil for 5 minutes. Add vanilla essence & double cream. Boil.
Slice the cake. Put a piece in a plate & top it up with that slurrpyyyyy sauce!! Yuummmm!!!
