Cake with no butter!!
Ingredients:
White flour (maida)- 1 cup
Curd- 1 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda, a pinch
Sugar- 3/4th cup
Coco powder- 2 tbsp
For sauce
Coco powder- 5 tsp
Sugar-5 tsp
Luke warm water- ¼ cup
Method:
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Mix curd & sugar till sugar dissolves. Mix all other ingredients.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
For sauce, mix all the ingredients. Pour this over hot cake
Let it cool.
The cake has a creamy texture that will you blow your mindhole!
