Ingredients:
Spinach, finely cut- 250 gm
Gram flour (Besan)- 4 tbsp
Makki ka atta- 1tbsp
Green chili, finely chopped- 4 pc
Garam masala- ½ tsp
Salt, as required
For Stuffing:
Mix dry fruits- ½ cup
Cheese- 2 tbsp
Khoya (optional)-2tbsp
Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
Chat masala- 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of kabab, excluding stuffing.
Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing together.
Take a little palak mixture in your hand & roll it out.
Put a little bit of stuffing in the middle of rolled palak.
Again roll it out. Deep fry kabab from both sides.
Serve with chutney & barbecue sauce.
