Greek Salad

Light on your palate & full of nutrition!!

INGREDIENTS:
Bell peppers, red, yellow, green, diced- 40 gm
Tomato, diced- 30 gm
Onion, diced- 15 gm
Cucumber, diced- 35 gm
Feta cheese- 40 gm
Lettuce leaves- 60 gm
Black olives- 30 gm
Dressing
Olive oil- 20 ml
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Oregano- 2 tsp
Salt & pepper, as required

METHOD:

Put the diced vegetables & cheese in a bowl. Mix the ingredients of dressing together.
Add this to the bowl with the vegetables. Add olives & lightly toss everything together.
Arrange lettuce on a platter & top it with the tossed salad. Serve.

This salad is very light and can be eaten any time of day!!
