Tickle your taste buds with this!!
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese (paneer), diced- 200gm
Capsicum, chopped- 1 nos
Onion, sliced- 2 nos
Garlic, crushed- 3 cloves
Vegetable stock (use normal water either)- ½ cup
Green chilli, chopped- 3-4
Corn flour- 4 tbsp
Soya sauce- 2 tbsp
Salt & white pepper, as required
Method:
Roll paneer pieces in cornflour & deep fry until the edge start to turn brown in color. Keep aside.
Stir fry garlic, green chilli, onion & capsicum. Sauté it. Add fried paneer & stir in the vegetable stock.
Add salt, pepper, soya sauce. Stir well.
It’s a tangy dish, enjoyed with fried rice!
