Basil Pesto Marinated Paneer Steak

A very light snack!

Ingredients:
Basil, washed & dried (if fresh is not available, use bottled) - 100gm
Garlic, finely chopped- 5 flakes
Pine nuts/ walnuts- 10 nos
Olive oil- 50 ml
Cottage cheese (Paneer)- 500 gm
Salt & white pepper, as required

Method:
Coarsely blend basil, garlic, pine nuts & olive oil to make the pesto.
Marinate the cubed paneer in the pesto. Add salt & pepper. Set aside for an hour.
Grill on a hot plate & serve immediately.
High on protein & full on flavor.
